My experience here was beyond expectations. Not only were Ellis and Elle very accommodating and friendly, but the room and space itself was clean and welcoming. Highly recommend.

The room itself was spacious - nice kitchen (w/ refrigerator/stove/microwave/washer/dryer - furniture was cheap couch, dinette and never could get TV to work - Bathroom nice - Bed pretty good The property is located in a little seedier end of Scottsdale road - good sportsbar (Philly's) and a good breakfast diner across the street (front desk staff unaware of this ) If your traveling on a budget, acceptable solution - if you have a little more money, consider alternate location.

We fit the suite that had everything a small apt would have. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing is that we didn't have internet to stream movies.

The property was nice but there were many cars in the parking lot that looked to be abandoned. I appreciated the gate into the property as a safety measure. I needed early check in, one hour, and was charged $30. The location was good with downtown Scottsdale only a 10 minute drive. Water and snacks were provided free in the room. I also liked that you could text the front desk.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are renovated beautifully and are very comfortable and stocked with a welcome basket of snacks. The pool is perfect, there’s a game room with activities, and the atmosphere is very relaxed.

The staff was great and helpful, quick to answer questions. The room was very clean. The amenities of having a washer and full appliances was helpful. Definitely would stay here again. The outside of the building is not indictative of the inside. Pool was clean, staff was readily seen every day. Game room was also very clean. My only feed back is the up and down of the WiFi, need stable service and having a few kid friendly plates and cup. I will be a repeat client.

Affordable and felt safe with a helpful staff. The rooms are clean with free snacks, coffee, drink etc upon arrival into the room. Utensils were very helpful. An outdoor pool had people seemingly having fun. We enjoyed the closeness of the hotel to the roads as we were able to take busses all over Tempe.

The property and pool area were very nice and the location was good. The room was very austere . Minimal lighting, minimal art, uncomfortable furniture. Phoenix is notoriously hot, and the air conditioning was the very old vintage in the window air conditioners that make so much noise you have to choose between being cool or having it quiet enough to sleep. And the staff is available only a small window each day. It feels like they’re in the process of upgrading so things should get better.

I’ve stayed here a handful of times and will continue to come back. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The facility is great. The pool/hot tub area is nice and the game room is great. Location is a plus. It’s very close to ASU. I will be back!
