Pool House Scottsdale is a beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath private vacation home with a swimming pool, two living areas, flexible sleeping spaces, a lush green lawn, and inviting indoor and outdoor spaces designed for spending time together.

You’re close to the energy of Old Town Scottsdale while still having your own private home and backyard to enjoy.

THE POOL HOUSE EXPERIENCE

The private backyard is at the heart of the experience. Spend the afternoon floating in the pool, stretch out on a lounge chair, enjoy the green lawn, fire up the BBQ, or gather outside for dinner as the Arizona sun goes down.

Whether you're starting the morning with coffee outside or ending the day poolside, this is a home designed to make staying in just as enjoyable as going out.

ROOM TO GATHER — AND ROOM TO SPREAD OUT

Inside, you'll find approximately 2,200 square feet with two separate living areas, giving families and groups room to spend time together without everyone having to be in the same space.

One of the two living areas is a dedicated Media Room with a 60-inch 4K TV, Xbox One Digital, and dual-reclining media couch—perfect for movie nights, gaming, game days, or giving different generations their own place to relax.

High-speed 1GB Wi-Fi and Smart TVs make streaming and staying connected easy.

FLEXIBLE SLEEPING FOR FAMILIES & GROUPS

The home has 3 traditional bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: King bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Queen bed

All three feature quality mattresses, comfortable bedding, and fresh linens.

For additional sleeping flexibility, the home also provides:

• Queen air mattress
• Twin rollaway bed
• Twin fold-out sleeper ottoman
• Couch sleeping option
• Pack ’n Play for infants and toddlers

For groups wanting additional separation, the finished utility room is approximately bedroom-sized and includes a door, windows, cabinetry, desk, and hooks. It can be used with one of the portable beds to create an additional private sleeping area.

The Media/Family Room can also accommodate additional sleeping, with a privacy screen available to provide separation when the room is being used as a sleeping space.

Depending on your group's preferred configuration, up to 5 private sleeping areas can be created.

Please note that the home has 3 traditional bedrooms. The additional private sleeping areas are flexible spaces rather than additional bedrooms.

COOK, EAT & STAY AWHILE

The fully equipped kitchen makes meals at home easy, whether you're preparing breakfast before exploring Scottsdale, snacks for a pool day, or dinner for the whole group.

You'll find premium appliances, generous prep space, cookware, dishes, and everyday kitchen essentials, plus a dedicated coffee corner to make mornings a little better.

Prefer to cook outside? Fire up the BBQ and enjoy dinner on the patio.

WORK + CONNECTIVITY

Need to mix a little work with vacation? The home has two dedicated desk workspaces along with high-speed 1GB Wi-Fi, making it easier for more than one guest to work or stay connected when needed.

You'll also have the conveniences that make longer stays easier, including an extra-large washer and dryer, high-capacity water heater, fresh linens and towels, toiletries, hair dryers, and other household essentials.

BRING THE DOGS

We love welcoming dogs! Up to 3 dogs are permitted with prior approval. Breed and age approval is required.

A $125 pet fee applies per stay, not per dog.

Guests are responsible for picking up after their dogs. A $25 cleanup fee applies if pet waste is left on the property.

Cats and other animals are not permitted without prior approval.

OLD TOWN, SPRING TRAINING & SCOTTSDALE

Pool House Scottsdale puts you close to many of the experiences that make Scottsdale such a popular vacation destination.

Old Town Scottsdale is just minutes away, with restaurants, galleries, shopping, nightlife, farmers markets, and art walks. Scottsdale Fashion Square is also nearby.

Spring Training fans have an especially convenient home base. The San Francisco Giants' Scottsdale Stadium is within walking distance, while other Cactus League stadiums are easily accessible throughout the Valley.

Scottsdale is also one of the country’s premier golf destinations, and Pool House Scottsdale makes a convenient home base for golf trips, with numerous public and championship courses nearby. You’ll also find hiking, outdoor recreation, and Camelback Mountain within easy reach.

Explore Scottsdale for the day, then come home, change into your swimsuit, and head back to the pool.

OPTIONAL POOL HEATING

Pool heating is available for an additional daily fee of $25–$65, depending on the requested temperature, season, and outdoor temperatures.

Pool heat must be requested at least 24 hours in advance so it can be ready for your stay. A 2-day minimum applies.

GOOD TO KNOW

Pool House Scottsdale is a private, free-standing home. Your group has private access to the home, swimming pool, backyard, lawn, patios, and outdoor living areas during your stay. These are not shared spaces.

The home is located in a residential neighborhood, and we ask guests to respect our neighbors and community.

Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Outside visitors require prior written approval. Parties, events, and unapproved gatherings are not permitted.

Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. Outdoor noise and music must remain at respectful levels at all times. The City of Scottsdale strictly enforces its noise and nuisance regulations. City fines for noise violations can start at $1,000, and fines resulting from guest activity during the reservation are the guest's responsibility.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.

POOL & PROPERTY SAFETY

There is no lifeguard on duty. Children and non-swimmers must be supervised around the pool at all times. Guests are expected to use the pool, recreational equipment, and other property amenities responsibly and with appropriate supervision.
