Huge en suite bathroom has a double marble vanity and a walk-in shower with dual shower heads. The king bed in the Primary Suite is an adjustable bed for your maximum comfort. Across from the Primary Suite is two additional bedrooms; a queen room with adjustable bed and a bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin pull-out trundle bed for flexible sleeping options. Family-friendly extras include Pack N Play with bedding and various kids books. Guests have full access to the 2-car garage for parking, as well as the driveway (parks 2 vehicles,) and there is plenty of open parking on the street as well. This is NOT a pet-friendly property so guests with allergies can rest easy knowing the property is free from pet dander. \*Pool Heat\* The pool can be heated during a stay for an additional fee of $75 per day. That cost just covers the extra utilities needed to heat the large body of water. There needs to be a 2-day minimum for the pool heat, and all days need to be consecutive. The pool is then heated to a max of 88°. Video disclosure: There are 2 video surveillance cameras on the property for the security of our guests. This is by no way an intrusion on our guests, but rather an extra level of protection and security for protection. One camera is located outside the front door, and the other overlooks the driveway. All look out over public places only. The beds were very comfortable. The backyard is very peaceful and quiet. What made the house so enjoyable was the property manager, Laura. We received responses to our questions almost immediately. If we were missing something (such as a replacement filter for the refrigerator), she had it delivered the next day. She addressed all questions and concerns promptly. Starbucks coffee, filters, dish and dishwasher soap and a pantry with several items used by short term tenants. TVs in all rooms with streaming services. Laura responded quickly and assisted with house operations , even though the provided Guest Guide Manual was very detailed and helpful. We recommend and will stay again. This home is clean, maintained, & stocked with some nice extras (plenty of garbage bags, coffee, paper products, shower essentials, etc.). We brought clothes & food, and never found ourselves in need of anything. The property manager is fantastic & provides videos to help with the home features. TVs in every room, with comfortable memory foam/adjustable beds. Those frames are not cheap. The layout of this house provides lots of gathering areas, but also plenty of privacy for some quiet time, when needed. Patio and backyard are fantastic for a home in this style of development. Plenty of sun & shade with lots of fun features and great lighting at night. Excellent first stay in North Scottsdale. Thank you! ##### J F. Pool was very clean, a little cool but i wasn't going to pay 75\. A day for heat. Hot tub was nice. We had some issues with grill , only used it once. Beds in main bedrooms are adjustable and just amazing (now I have to buy one for myself!). We will stay again if the Tiki House is available when we travel back to Scottsdale next year. The house was well equipped and made our stay great. Clean, spacious, well kept and our hose Laura was fantastic and easy to communicate with. She even sent us a welcome video the night we landed.
