Historic Brick home with original hardwood floors, built in 1927 with all the charm of a 100 year old home, but with a modern kitchen and bathroom. Large spacious backyard, located in highly desirable Maple Ash District of Tempe. 2 minute walk to all the shops and dining off Mill/University. 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and large private backyard. 2 Queen beds & Twin w/ Trundle in 3rd bedroom. All rooms have smart TV's. Fully stocked kitchen, grill, parking on premises. Beautiful quaint home built in a small community of pre World War II housing. Close to spring training fields, shopping, dining but in the comforts of beautiful community.

This house is a perfect location in Tempe - so close to everything (whole foods, restaurants, ASU). The neighborhood is charming, we enjoyed walking it as well as the ASU campus. The house has charm and comfort. Despite being near the university it was nice and quiet. We enjoyed morning coffee and making breakfast daily, as well as winding down with some netflix and wine at night. Had it not been raining, we would have spent time in the beautiful back yard as well! Would definitely stay here again.
