Centrally located in highly desired, quiet neighborhood. This 3 bed 2 bath, 1570 sq foot home sleeps 6 people comfortably. Recently renovated, kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, cooking and dining amenities included. Large indoor laundry room with full-size washer/dryer, extra cabinets, countertop and sink. Pet friendly with dog door out to small run shaded by a large orange tree and secured by a cute picket fence. Large covered patio overlooks grass backyard with citrus trees. Main bathroom includes walk-in closets, new extra large shower and double sinks. Equipped with high speed internet and cable TV. Quick walk to Biltmore Fashion Square Shops and Restaurants. Only 13 miles to State Farm Stadium, 6 miles to S Scottsdale, 5 miles to downtown Phoenix and five 5 miles to Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. Great for longer term visits! Interested parties with pets are welcome but will incur additional $200 per stay or per week pet cleaning fee. Make this your next winter destination home!
