To include this with your stay, we need to collect payment at least 48 hours prior to checkin. Heating must be for your entire stay, we cannot do certain days, or part of your stay. In order to keep the pool serviced and maintained properly year round our staff and our pool guy come by on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Pool servicing generally only takes a few minutes depending on the condition of the pool. Please do not be alarmed. It usually only takes a few minutes, and they will not be entering any part of the home.

Welcome to the blissful Hideaway! This home is about a 5 minute drive from the Kierland Commons where you can find many shopping and restaurant options. You can find a variety of options here like Culinary Dropout serving delicious American food or The Mission Kierland serving tasty Latin American food. Local entertainment that can be found in the surrounding area include Bowlero North Scottsdale, Fort McDowell Casino, West World and more! If you’re looking for more outdoor activities there are many incredible hikes like Javelina trail and Quartz Trail. There is plenty to check out during your stay!
There will be a house manual upon arrival that you will be expected to read. All important complex rules and expectations will be outlined in the manual.
Renter understands that an insurance policy covers the Property but that this policy insures only the Property and the tangible personal property in it owned by the owner and does not insure any personal property of the Rental Party or Renter’s licensees, invitees, or guests. Renter is advised to seek traveler’s or renter’s insurance if Renter desires to insure the Rental Party’s or other persons’ personal property during the occupancy.
Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., and checkout at 11:00 a.m. Early check-ins and late check-outs are generally not possible due to the time it takes to clean an entire home. The only way to ensure an early arrival or late departure is to purchase an extra night. Please contact me 24 hours in advance if you would like to extend your stay, and I would be happy to see if that is an option.
Failure to depart the premises before 11:00 a.m. on check-out without prior written consent will result in an additional charge of $100/hour withheld from your security deposit, plus any expenses incurred by needing to move your personal things out of the home, or from moving the incoming group of guests to a new property.
Any stay 28 nights or longer will be required to provide a credit card to keep on file. Our personal terms and conditions will also be sent separately and will need to be submitted. Feel free to ask for a copy if interested.
For any booking 28 nights or longer, any adjustment to the booking resulting in a reduction in the length of stay will incur a $500 fee, plus 10% of the difference in price.
Electricity will be charged separately ONLY FOR STAYS 28 days or longer. There is a large monthly discount applied, so in an effort to keep your price as low as possible, we ask guests to pay for the electricity separately. Everything else will be included (wifi, cable TV, tax, cleaning every 2 weeks, pool/gym access, etc.) We estimate the average electricity bill to be $300/month. It's possible it may be a bit more in the summer with heavy A/C usage, and it will most likely be quite a bit lower in the winter. Once the reservation is confirmed, we will send a request to pay a $300 electricity deposit for the reservation. This will be applied to your final electric bill. Any difference will be refunded to you, and any additional amount will be withheld from your security deposit. Checkin details will not be sent without the $300 electricity deposit paid in advance.

Overall the house was ok. Issues were hot tub leaked so we were not able to use. The master bathroom took soooo long to heat water for showers. Seemed very cold in main floor bedroom. Nice neighborhood and easy access to golf courses and Old Town Scottsdale.

Great pool and location!
Nice house, with a lot of space. Large pool and backyard.
The location is great - if it wasn't 115 degrees, you can walk to Kierland! Also had great service when we had any questions.
Brent’s place was super clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The pool was lovely and we had an awesome time. Brent kept in contact and went out of his way to make sure we were able to have an amazing stay. I would definitely recommend this spot!

The house was perfect for ten guys. Close to golf and nightlife. The pool was a huge hit as well. Will definitely be coming back!
This house and property were great. We had 9 ladies staying for 3 nights and had a great time relaxing pool side. Everyone loved the house and the backyard was lovely. Brent was great and responsive on line when we had a few minor issues, which we worked out. We would all definitely stay at this house again.

Perfect location for a family reunion
We brought family together from multiple states, ranging from 65 yrs old to 1.5 yrs old. The home was perfect! Spacious, quiet, clean, and great for entertaining. If we weren't hanging by the pool, we were hanging out in the large kitchen/family room area. Would definitely recommend.
Starting with great curb appeal as we arrived, the property has all the size and amenities a family of 10 could want/need. Add to that, great customer service and quick response to any and all issues that arise. The staff/ownership was committed to doing all that is possible to make our stay memorable!

The best experience
We were a party of 12 to see a relative in Phoenix Mayo. The owner was so kind and understanding. The house was spacious and luxurious. The pool is perfect. Enjoyed a peaceful haven so necessary in this stressful situation.
The pool area was great, once we cleaned it. All of the tables and chairs were covered in a film of dirt and needed a wash and a rinse. Two of the bathrooms was not very clean, particularly the toilet in one of them. The rest of the house was in good shape and we enjoyed our time there. Location was great. The owner and property manager were great.

overall a lovely home
The rooms were lovely with elegant décor. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was conveniently located for shopping.
One thing that we did not care for was the fact that there was only one bathroom upstairs to be shared by six people in three bedrooms.
Another thing was that there was no lighting above the stove, which made cooking a little difficult.
Overall, our stay was enjoyable.
House is in a great location and was perfect for our party of 6. It was much larger than expected and had great space for keeping everyone together. House could be much cleaner. Floors were grimy and had not been cleaned. Don't look under the beds either; they haven't been dusted or vacuumed for quite some time.

Beatufiul, big and clean!
House was the perfect accommodation for our group of 6 guys visiting Arizona for a sports trip. We could have comfortably fit more people as well. Backyard was relaxing and fun with the hot tub and pool. Interiors are well decorated, very clean and offer all the basic necessities you need. Brent provided great service before the trip and was able to quickly resolve our problem of the Internet not working during our stay. There are an abundance of restaurants and retail amenities within a 5 minute walk of the house. If you are travelling to other cities Uber makes it convenient and affordable. I will use golftroop again for my next Scottsdale trip.
