Hosts were very fast to reply to requests and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. We had no problem getting the key out of the outside lockbox (there were two keys in there) but the apt door lock box didn’t work. We called and the lady tried her best to research how to fix it. We used the second key in the deadbolt and it didn’t work. It to a bit of time (as the hallway was dimly lit and it was 11:30 pm) to see that the black door handle had a key hole that the second key worked in.The cleaners left damp towels in the dryer. The washer was full with dirty water. They came quickly and fixed the washer so we could use it. All around a nice place to stay for two people.
