I'm not normally one for writing reviews, however on this occasion it would be unfair to all the team there not to. I stayed here for 5 nights and couldn't find 1 single fault with anything, ALL the staff there are absolutely amazing, I wish I could take my staff there to demonstrate how customers/guests should be treated, regardless what position they hold there, they go out of the way to acknowledge you.
Definitely worth paying for a pool access room.

We travelled to Phuket for the first time for our honeymoon, and although we were both anxious and excited, I can truly say we were blown away by our stay at Point Yamu.
From the moment we arrived till the morning of our departure the staff were nothing short of marvellous and they made our stay at Point Yamu all the more special. We stayed in a Verandah Pool Suite (153) and would greatly recommend this to anyone. Before I mention anything else, the dream views and total serenity at Point...

After a miserable bus ride, the staff here were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They dealt with are booking accidentally through two different sites and made us feel very welcome. We haven’t had this good of service for this rate anywhere in Thailand! Also - room, pool and beach are gorgeous!

Koyao Island Resort is the most relaxing place we have ever stayed. The photos online don't really do the place justice - I was nervous beforehand about whether it would be worth the money when there are alternatives on the island. Let me reassure you - it is. You wouldn't believe that a resort with no air conditioning, no walls, no locks on the doors would be comfortable; but the climate is such that the sea breeze really does cool you down at night. The restaurant was good although we thought...

Thank you Team Le Meridien .Our families hotel stay was just perfect. The location was quiet with a handful of local shops and authentic fishing houses a short stroll outside the gates.we felt very safe walking around there. The beach was just stunning, with warm sea water, the beach was so clean and no noisy motorised jet ski’s were to be seen or heard (unlike some resorts). Just pure tranquility. Great hotel. Beautiful on the beach. All the Thai staff are excellent and are warm and welcoming. Good breakfast and pool snacks. Sassi's restaurant is very comfortable and nice in the evening. Great pool with plenty of activities. Wel eqiped gym. Overall great service and the usual smile from the Thai staff. The only problem I encountered was on check in from a non Thai person. I had initally booked for 2 adults but was travelling on my own. My room was changed from a 1st floor room with a...

An Unforgettable Stay – A Living Masterpiece.
Absolutely breathtaking. From the moment we arrived, we were transported into what feels like a living work of art. The hand-carved wooden architecture is unlike anything I’ve ever seen — every beam, doorway, and sculpture tells a story. It’s not just accommodation; it’s an immersive experience in craftsmanship and design that left us genuinely speechless.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Adult only Sensimar Hotel. The room was clean & the towels were changed every other day. The breakfast was delicious.
The staff are all friendly & always willing to help. Swimming pools cleaned every day. Location of the hotel is great. They are many restaurants nearby, all within walking distance.

This was a great place to stay for a night and I could see myself staying there for a little longer. The hotel is super clean and new, quiet, has a cool pool and a lovely garden. The staff are nice and friendly. The only slight downside is the area (everything is along a busy 2-3 lane main road) which is common for all hotels and not a particular issue for this one.

Everything is perfect except two things:
1. It is a bit expensive for food, massage in the hotel compare to other places.
2. It is far away from some famous beaches.

Staff are wonderful, food superb and the location is just amazing. Each villa is no more than 20 metres from the beach. You wake up to the sound of the sea and you villa is structured in a way that means the first thing you see when you open your curtains is the beautiful clear ocean.
The pump wifi everywhere (even on the beach) and there's rocks a lagoons to explore too.
Night time is beautiful with a perfect meal by the sea!
Loved it and glad I went!!

We loved our stay here. Breakfast was great. Beach 2 minutes walk. Khao Lak centre 5 minutes.
Certain aspects, the Pool and Bathroom, could use a bit of TLC, and the beer fridge, temperature definitely need looking at because if your going to sell a small Chang for £2.15 in 30+c heat it has to be very chilled.
So I'm very happy we stayed here and the above isn't a problem, except the beer 😁

It was beautiful, from the rooms to the grounds. Very peaceful with a view to the hills beyond. Good pool and very friendly drinks sevice there too.
Short walk to the beach, though its best walking a little further along to find the pergect spots.
