"The hotel itself was in a great location, right next to a mixture of food outlets. The rooms were spacious and the beds quite comfortable however the level of grime and uncleanliness was disappointing. It was more than just a bad clean that day, it was ingrained dirt, mould, build up and a complete lack of basic hygiene."

"I would describe the stay as travelodge level rooms- fairly basic. Probably a 2-3 star stat. Standard of cleanliness isn’t great- the room had a faint smell of damp or urines. The mugs in the room were also dirty The facilities were surprisingly impressive- a good sized pool and proper gym. We stayed here and spent the first day in Portsmouth and the second day in Chichester. It’s a good and accessible location."
