"Excellent place with great service and very clean"

"Great location, excellent and helpful staff."

"Very comfort & specious, excellent hospitality, recommended for families with children, very good breakfast. "

"The hotel at first glance looks very pretty. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you are there to visit Ioannina ( which I highly recommend) like we were, you will be very far from the action as the hotel is sort of in the middle of nowhere, with no restaurants around. The room we had was really spacious, but the bathroom needed a serious upgrade. Unless you like dessert for breakfast, the breakfast was cold and not very elaborate. So in summary, look closer to Ioannina."

"We drove 2.5 hours out of the way to get to this hotel. It was locked tight. No one was present! We had to drive back out of the mountains 2.5 hours to carry on with our journey. Why didn’t the hotel inform us that they were closed!!!!!"

"Wonderful, amazing bathroom, very beautiful & comfortable room, "

"Clean room, well maintained property, friendly staff and walkable to town centre."

"The room was absolutely beautiful and the bed and sheets were very comfortable"

"Very nice hotel, service was good, friendly staff. One thing they can improve on is having staff wear some kind of uniform to seem more professional.."

"It is ok property for 3 star hotel, old but clean inside. Great staff"

"Comfortable room with balcony. Easy walk to Perama Cave plus bakeries and coffee shops. Short drive to central Ioannina. The staff were all attentive and friendly. Thank you for a pleasant stay!"

"Highly recommended!"

"I am a solo female traveller from the UK visiting a poorly friend in the nearby hospital. I hired a car - 14 minute drive and I was there. 4 minute drive to the hospital. Couldn't find a fault, everything was perfect and the view from my balcony was stunning. I will definitely be back, but under better circumstances next time."

"Spacious, modern and spotlessly clean room in the heart of old town Ioannina."

"Small, nice and clean hotel not far from the city centre. I checked-in in the afternoon with a very friendly lady at the reception. The room (attic) is spacious and clean. Only a small issue occurred, but immediately the lady at the reception called and was very apologetic. In the evening, I had also the pleasure to meet Konstantina who is the Front Office Manager and who is a brilliant ladyThank you Konstantina for all your assistance!!!"

"A beautiful residence, charming & modern with an extra sense of privacy and peace. Staff was helpful and kind, breakfast unexpectedly delicious and rooms clean and comfortable."

"Liked breakfast, convenient parking, central location."
