Nice & well located hotel

Small, nice and clean hotel not far from the city centre. I checked-in in the afternoon with a very friendly lady at the reception. The room (attic) is spacious and clean. Only a small issue occurred, but immediately the lady at the reception called and was very apologetic. In the evening, I had also the pleasure to meet Konstantina who is the Front Office Manager and who is a brilliant ladyThank you Konstantina for all your assistance!!!

Friendly, clean and central, with superb breakfast

We were made very welcome by Gregory and Katherine and found our room to be comfortable and very clean. There was a small fridge and two complimentary waters. Wifi was excellent and our room had both a front and rear balcony. The air con worked well and the bed and linens were first class. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of local produce. Coffee was both filter, or freshly made if requested from the espresso machine. Nothing was too much trouble and the friendliness of all staff was welcome. The location was also very handy for a stroll along the lake into the old town. Would recommend and happily return!
