  • The Bear River House is a century old farm house that has been completely renovated in 2022. The Bear River House is divided into two sides: The Main House and The Honey Suite. Both are separate and private, or for larger groups, both sides can be booked. This is The Main House. It is just south of Downtown Petoskey near Shopping, Restaurants, the Casino, Petoskey Snowmobile Club, North Country Trail, Petoskey Youth Soccer Association, River Road Sports Complex, Bear River Canoe Livery, Skiing, North Central Michigan College,. Hospital, and Little Travers Bay.
