Family Reunion

The property is just outside the Petoskey main street where it's far enough there's a lot of privacy and quiet, but close enough for a 5-10 minute drive to most venues, stores, etc. Having one room with a bathroom built in and two others near the other bathroom was convenient for us. The family space/kitchen area had plenty of room for us to congregate and do puzzles/play games and eat together. Only note is the driveway area is unpaved and the terrain is not friendly to folks with mobility devices so be sure to contact the property manager about that before booking. We had no problems during our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was clean, roomy and had lots of puzzles and music to keep us entertained! The only issue is the water is quite metallic smelling but the host provided tons of bottled water for us to use while we were there.

This is an older mobile home, but it was very clean and well stocked with supplies. quite a bit of property, so it was quite and peaceful. It was restful sitting on the deck with coffee in the morning.

Lake rd stay in Petosky

The house was very clean and organized. The bed was a bit uncomfortable for me. The location was great for all of the things that we wanted to do during our stay. I would stay here again. thank you

This was perfect for us. A short drive to Petoskey, Walloon Lake or Boyne. The property manager was there for us and helped with everything we needed. We loved the vintage look!

Older home, comfortable, single bedroom better for smaller child. Appreciated two full bathrooms with multiple people. Visited friends in BayView and also spent a day sightseeing around Traverse City.

The house was as-described and pretty clean. A decent variety of cookware/kitchen appliances. The water was very hard; we did not use it for cooking/drinking/etc.

This property is on Well Water, not stated in the listing. Well water is Nasty! This caused the shower enclosure and sinks to become discolored. Just appears in nasty condition.
