Cozy property, but very comfortable. King size beds were very comfortable. Plenty of storage in bedrooms for clothes. Bathrooms were small but not a problem. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking items and appliances. Gulf front balcony provided excellent view of beach. Will definitely stay here again.

Convenient location. Property clean and tastefully decorated. Good water view from living room and balcony. Easy access to beach on boardwalk and beach chair&umbrella rental easily available. Kitchen items adequate but minimal; we did not cook though. Loved we could have our small dog with us.Owner very responsive. We needed an AC repair and owner was there fixing within 20 minutes, which was very appreciated. We would stay there again.
