    welcomes its guests to a beautifully restored historic complex. The apartment is part of a
    multi-unit accommodation complex, situated in the center of the village with convenient
    private parking just a few meters away.

    Guests have access to the swimming pool and relaxation area shared by all guests of the entire
    complex, where they can cool off with a dip or relax in the sun on the poolside loungers.
    In addition, the property offers the option to use beach umbrellas and lounge chairs at a
    beach club just a few kilometers away. Guests can book this service on-site for
    €25 per day for one beach umbrella and two lounge chairs.

    The location of this vacation home is perfect for those seeking the tranquility of the countryside, while
    still being just a short walk from the village center, where you’ll find excellent restaurants.
    At the same time, the sea and the cities of Pesaro, Fano, as well as Urbino, Senigallia, and Riccione, are

Wir, 5-köpfige Familie mit Kindern im Alter von 15-20 J., haben das Apartment für 2 Wochen gemietet und unsere Erwartungen wurden sogar übertroffen! Obwohl nicht in der Beschreibung angegeben, waren Spülmaschine,Waschmaschine, Trockner (im Haupthaus) und TV vorhanden. Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über 3 Etagen, wobei es keine Fotos von dem unteren Geschoss (beschrieben als Zimmer mit Schlafcouch und eigenem Badezimmer) gibt. Der Ort Novilara und die gesamte Umgebung sind wunderbar, von den oberen Zimmern hat man sowohl schöne Sicht in die Marken sowie auf das Meer! die in unmittelbarer Nähe gelegene Osteria bietet sehr leckere lokale Speisen. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit liegt mit dem Auto nur 10 min entfernt. Das Meer ist auch nur 20 min Autofahrt entfernt. Ein Auto ist sehr empfehlenswert, wobei es auch eine Bushaltestelle im Ort gibt. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr unkompliziert, alle Fragen wurden innerhalb weniger Minuten beantwortet und kleinere Probleme wie zum Beispiel ein defekter Router sofort gelöst! Auch der Pool in einem kleinen Gartenbereich wurde v.a. von unseren Kindern viel genutzt! Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer fantastischen Umgebung! Alles was man braucht, ist vorhanden! Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, wenn man von dem empfehlenswerten Restaurant direkt in der Nachbarschaft absieht, was aber überhaupt nicht stört! Kleinere Probleme werden umgehend von unserem sehr zuvorkommenden und zuverlässigen Gastgeber Giovanni gelöst. Wir - eine 5-köpfige Familie- empfehlen diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter
