5-bedroom holiday apartment: nature, swimming pool, relax 30 mins from the beach
- La Rupe del Falco is an apartment that belongs to a big country house on the green hills of north/central Italy, near the coast between Pesaro and Fano. Just 5 minutes drive, you find the village. In just 25 minutes you can reach both the city and the coast with its sandy beaches.
The name La Rupe del Falco was chosen because a family of hawks for generations has chosen to live in the woods surrounding the house. The country house is divided into 3 units. Our neighbours live in a portion of the house, we live in a small studio in the basement in order to always be there if needed and for better maintenance of the garden and pool. The holiday apartment is located in the best position and enjoys a beautiful garden and swimming pool shared only with the owners.
It offers a large living area with sofas and television, a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bathrooms, one downstairs (with shower) and one upstairs (with shower and jacuzzi), 4 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. There is also the possibility to add extra beds for a total capacity of max 12 people. Wifi is available both inside and outside the house.

We will be glad to suggest you the best places to visit and our favourites, like a cosy beach between Pesaro and Fano (20 mins drive), wonderful boat trips with aperitivo between Pesaro and Cattolica, clear bathing rivers (45 mins drive) and cultural wonders all around. See you soon!
