Stylish coastal property in walking distance to the beach

We welcome you to our unique family home in Wannanup - Avocet Beach House. The property is located only minutes from the popular man made beach - ideal for sheltered, safe swimming and a couple of minutes further down the road is the pristine, Avalon Bay.

There are some fantastic local cafes and a great little deli in walking distance too. Feel free to use our kayaks, sup, nets, buckets, spades, gazebos and more.

Great Location

Great location, close to beach. Three bedrooms nicely presented. Fourth “bedroom” with 2 single beds has no door. Extra attention to detail with cleaning would be make this a 5 star property. Well equipped kitchen and great appliances. Thank you for our stay, we will be back.
