"Poor internet, no water in lobby. No fridge. Check in did not tell us about ice or housekeeping. Not enough towels. Beds comfortable! Pillows not comfortable, all wadded up. "We received an incredibly warm welcome from the lady on reception. Our top-floor room gave wonderful views over the city. The bathroom is slightly dated but perfectly acceptable. Breakfast was good, if slightly expensive. The area around the hotel offers a good selection of bars and restaurants. We found all the city sights to be easily walkable from the hotel. "
"I have visited Bruges many times and all but one visit has been to this hotel! It is convenient for both the motorway for onward journeys and also just a short drive into Bruges centre (easy parking at T-Zand).
The staff are always friendly and helpful. The restaurant food is always great quality! The rooms are spacious and well equipped.
