I have seen other reviewers describe this hotel as being similar to The Grand Budapest Hotel from the movie of the same name. Make no mistake, it is the hotel from its hay day, not when it was in decline. We have stayed in a lot of historic properties over the years, but the updating of this property has been fantastic.
