We had a wonderful stay! The beds were firm and very comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious. The condo was perfect for our group of three couples, and there was even a twin mattress in the master closet that worked well for our teenage daughter. The views were absolutely breathtaking. They were especially appreciated by our older family members who weren’t able to spend time on the beach but could still enjoy the beautiful ocean scenery from the windows. The only minor issue was that we could have used a few more towels. Fortunately, there was a washer and dryer, so it was easy to wash and reuse the towels we had. Overall, we had a fantastic visit and would happily stay here again!

Room was very nice , clean as expected. We’ve stayed at this resort in the past and had a good experience. Everything was good, except the food and drinks are extremely overpriced. I would also like to add that the staff near and around the pool and bar area should work on their mannerisms, quite rude . If I’m spending almost $5000.00 for a stay at your resort, I expect to be treated like royalty. I was treated very well our previous stay , I just don’t feel like I , (we) , were treated the same as before.Just saying, not too sure if we ever return.

Clean room- but only a sheet and light blanket on the bed. We don’t drink, so the bar happy hour was not important. Restaurant- food was good. Activities were awesome- packages were a great deal!

The property set the bar for a relaxing, yet engaging, vacation. The room was spacious, as we were accommodating five people.The food choices were diverse and the pool areas were laid out beautifully. The live music by the pool was such a a nice touch, and there was any activity one could want by the water. A swift walk to the beach for another adventure directly across from the hotel set the tone for a day of fun I. The sun. We will be back.

The Portofino Resort is the perfect getaway on Pensacola Beach. The lifestyle center is an entire oasis. Especially out back at the pool and Coastal Bar area. The staff was friendly and very helpful and my wife and I will definitely be returning soon.

We absolutely loved our stay. The pool was great, the condo was fabulous, the communication was great, the view was beautiful, the nachos by the pool were awesome. The only downside to the entire trip was there was no breakfast options in the onsite restaurant for the weekend that we were staying. We had a great time and plan on visiting again. An added plus to our mini vacation was that circumstances were just right to request a late check and we were able to spend our Sunday in the pool before driving home later in the day for home.

Expensive for what it is.

While the condo was very nice, it was quite expensive for what and where it is. I will add however that we were traveling the first of the week of a lot of spring break travel, so that surely hiked rates. The condo and staff were no problem. I just don't know that it was entirely worth the price of admission.

The property was nice. The rooms were clean. There was a couple light bulbs burnt out and the a/c had a small issue but otherwise was nice. The bad thing was that this property is apparently seaonsal and we were not told that some of the restuarnts were closed and that there was no where on site to have breakfast includong the continental breakfast that was also closed due to seasonal. The only option was srarbucks for a coffee and bagel. Even starbucks does not make breakfast sandwiches during the "seasonal shutdoen". So no breakfast all week. That should be advertised as when you go to florida you dont plan on seasonal shutdowns.

Pros: beautiful view, and the room was nice Cons: a/c issues twice had to move rooms. Website marketing was misleading - numerous dogs on property even though the website said otherwise, and my fiance is allergic to dogs so she had health issues most of the trip. When I messaged the resort about this issue and a possible departure and refund, the resort staff was very rude and the customer service was atrocious. Website advertises resort feel, however only 2 small restaurants and a tiny market. No adult areas or privacy opportunities aside from staying in your room. Room had no soundproof - while my fiancΓ© was sick in bed from dog allergies from your property, we could hear all activity outside the room late at night, and clearly hear our neighbors fighting and slamming doors until 4am. Needless to say, the β€œresort” and every pool was packed and our only escape was back to our room. I would recommend Portofino island resort only to locals that are looking for a quick getaway with their kids.

Absolutely amazing 8th floor and we could see it all excellent place. Expensive to do activities at the resort the waterpark and kayaks should be included with the stay everything else was expected to rent.
