Penthouse views anyone? This 17th floor, four-bedroom condo has fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Pensacola Bay.
This property has so much to offer, with its wrap-around balcony with incredible 360-degree view Gulf of Mexico and Pensacola Bay. Inside, the open, spacious floor plan with large fully equipped kitchen is perfect for dining in or bring in a meal from one of the local restaurants. The over 2000 square foot condo sleeps 10 guests.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed facing the Gulf of Mexico and access to the wrap-around balcony. The master also has a full en-suite bathroom and lots of closet space. The second suite has a queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom and balcony overlooking the Pensacola Bay. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds with en-suite bathroom perfect for the kiddos. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with full, twin and twin trundle.

The dining area has seating for 6 which is great for dining in or a fun game night. The bar has 6 additional bar stools for extra seating.

This penthouse condo is a perfect location for two families to enjoy some time on Pensacola Beach or for the couple that loves extra space and amazing water views.

This is the second time renting this condo. I thought we would have the check in instructions text to us but we had to call and have the person meet us at the condo. But, I guess that is how they like it. Condo was beautiful with beautiful views. Great place to stay.

We had an excellent stay and enjoyed the property and its incredible views. The check-in process was simple and the condo was clean and had all the necessities. It was our first time visiting Pensacola Beach and I am certain we will return, next time when the weather is a bit warmer so we can enjoy swimming in the gorgeous clear blue water!

Great views, plenty of space, and easy to access. Twin beds and bunk bed need some attention.. More toilet paper would be nice, paper towels and garbage bags, but those are small items. Didn't change how nice the condo is. We would for sure stay again.

I was already familiar with the area since my sister lives in the Condo next door. However, I hadn’t been inside any of the units in this condo. 1750 was beautiful and very spacious! The views from this unit were absolutely stunning. Loved it!!!

The online renting was easy to work. The place itself looked wonderful & was very large and well equipped with everything you would need. The only problem was a few cracks in the tile flooring which when we questioned, Surfside Properties assured us the owner knew about and they knew we didn’t cause any of it. They pleasantly replied to all our questions.

The property was fantastic. Although we came in after hours the property manager sent all the instructions prior to arrival making everything seem flawless. We honestly did not have one single question. The Condo itself was clean and neatly organized. The views were also amazing and the convenience store next door made everything even more convenient. If we come back in the future I will make sure we look at this property before any other. Thanks again to all of the friendly staff, homeowner, and property management for making our vacation less stressful.

This condo is absolutely beautiful. The property manager met me to explain everything (that does not typically happen) and made sure I had her phone number. With the cold weather, a pipe burst on the 3rd floor and the elevators were shut down. Sam was excellent with communicating to us what was happening and when the elevator would start working again. My family did not want to leave. They loved the view and the condo had everything they needed during their stay.

We enjoyed our stay! Upon arriving one of the pipes had burst on a lower floor and because of this the elevators were turned off. Given that this property is on the top floor, this made check in difficult. The property manager was PHENOMENAL and checked on us while trying to take care of everyone else in the building. Although check in was crazy, we truly enjoyed our experience.

The property LOOKED great, however the floor needed to be mopped. Our feet were black almost immediately. The linens were stained and the sheets were really rough. When we took the sheets off per request of the manager the mattresses were soiled with no mattress covers 🤢 I know I had to pay a healthy cleaning fee and property was not clean. I shouldn’t have to go purchase cleaning supplies on vacation and clean the place I’m staying. The spa was not in working condition the entire week, the pool was out of commission the last two days we were there. It is a wonderful location with beautiful views, but for the price I paid I was disappointed.
