Coastal paradise awaits you at Tristan Towers 1A! This three-bedroom corner condo will amaze you from the moment you step inside. The wrap around balcony is accessible from the living room as well as all three bedrooms that sleeps 7 guests and offers a view of both the bay and the Gulf. The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed. Spend your days lounging on the beautiful powder white sands of our famous beaches, and your evening relaxing in luxury in this gorgeous condo! Tristan Towers is a gated community near the end of Fort Pickens Road. This means that the beaches are less crowded, but no less beautiful. Fort Pickens National Park is just down the street, offering plenty of sites for the history buff in your group. A short drive in the other direction will bring you to the main area of the beach where you are sure to find plenty of excitement and entertainment, and you definitely will not go hungry with all the restaurant choices! During the season the free Pensacola Beach Trolley runs from 4pm until midnight, making getting around the beach a breeze. Golf cart taxis run daily from 10am-10pm as well offering another easy way to get from point A to point B. Downtown Pensacola is about a 15-20 minute drive, depending on traffic, offering more history, shopping, and even more dining options!

Very clean property with updated amenities. We cooked nearly every meal for a week and never felt like we didn’t have what we needed. Particularly loved the location of this condo to the pool but also the easy walk to the beach. The view from balcony of the bay was beautiful and enjoyed by all. Property manager was full of useful information about the area and made us feel welcomed.

The unit was clean and fresh, decorated beautifully. For our 5 day/4night stay we had plenty of towels and linens. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Off the balcony was a view of the bay. The beach was a short walk across the street. The pool was very clean, with plenty of lounge chairs. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect size for our family of six! All 4 kids, ages 6-11, lives their bedroom, the wrap around porch and the pool. Beach access was super close by, plus a “mini private beach” as they called it right in the backyard. Being on the first floor was super convenient, especially with the a side access door right outside to the pool/parking lot! Thank you so much for letting us stay, we loved every minute!!

Highly recommend for a couples vacation or family vacation. We stayed for 8 nights during Red, White and Blues week. Probably the cleanest vacation rental home we have ever stayed in! The furniture and decor was coastal cozy and in great condition. The kitchen was fully furnished with everything we needed. We enjoyed morning coffee, evening drinks, dolphin watching and watching Breakfast with the Blues on the balcony. Sunset is beautiful. Our communication with the host was quick and easy. We hope to be back for another stay!

#### Birthday Girls Trip

My family and friends and I thoroughly enjoyed celebrating our birthday. I could not have selected a more suitable location. The service was impeccable. The information provided to me from beginning to end was outstanding. The individual who welcomed us was wonderful and exceedingly accommodating. I encountered a minor issue, but she promptly resolved it. I would certainly recommend this resort and plan to return. Thank you to everyone for making this a memorable weekend and stay.

Like most people I’m sure, you’re extremely picky. And some experiences are better than others. However surprisingly this was an absolute treasure! Truly, I did not expect it to be this nice! Even my 78-year-old mother couldn’t stop commenting on how clean it was! And that is never happened before we have stayed in the nicest of places. Nonetheless wonderful corner unit wonderful view decorated lovely and I’m a decorator so I’m pretty picky about that! Service was great if I had a question, it was answered literally within four minutes. I almost do not want to recommend this place because I wanna make sure it’s available when I come back!! However, in all honesty, this was a true find and you will not be disappointed!
