The price was very reasonable and, as usual, there was a reason for this. Lots of noise during the day and hard to get into and out of the condo during regular work hours. The location is excellent but, IMO, the owner should have been much more explicit about the ongoing renovation/construction. So we were awaken every morning at 7 am with pounding, sawing, talking and music. We had a parking spot that went with the unit which we were only able to use a few days because of the work going on.
