"Checked in at 2am upon arrival, front desk was located 1 level up, and the personnel was very friendly, pleasant and professional. I was checked in promptly with a warm chocolate chip cookie. Entering my room, I was greeted by a cool air-conditioned, clean, spacious and well equipped room. Hotel is in city centre, with lots of Grabs servicing the location. Also conveniently located in a mall as well, with lots of food options. Truly a pleasant stay"

"The hotelwas perfect for an overnight stop off before flying the next day..the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel beds are very comfortable with lovely soft bedding..perfect for a good night sleep adter a long flight."

"Hotel is just next to Night market which makes it very easy to look for food in the evening. Everything is controlled using iPad in the room including TV, blinds and lighting. Big Shopping mall Mitsui Lalaport mall is 15mins walk from hotel. However be careful of traffic there as roads are busy. "

"The water outlet of the tap of the bathtub was slightly dirty, however we did not need to use it so it was fine. Was a bit dusty in the wardrobe when open seeing some dust flying in the air, otherwise the room is perfectly cleaned. The bathroom floor was a bit slippery to walk with the hotel's slippers as we did not expect it was that smooth on the marble floor. "

"Over all are good, staffs are friendly, especially Jeslin at reception counter, helps me a lot. The room is clean and the little boy likes the Lego treasure. Hotel is just next to theme parks, easy to change clothes when the boy gets wet. "
