"Room looks cleaned. There are few comments to highlight as below: 1. The DND light and Make up room light is on when I check in. It make me doubt that someone in the room at first and I have double check the key card holder and proceed to open the door. 2. TV remote few of the buttons on the right side hard to press. Need to press harder to operate. No calling due to late night. 3. There is no anti-slip mat in the bathroom for guest to use. My son (7 years old) was nearly falling into the toilet bowl due to legs is wet after shower come out from the bathtub. Due to safety reasons, please to consider to install a hand bar at the other wall to let people to hold it. 4. The toilet seat bidet is very odd and loose due to the design. 5. The basin tap design is odd, when I use for the first time, I on the tap and the water hit on the basin and spray out water easily. 6. Bath Towel have some odd smell, never report due to late night. 7. Toilet roll quality need to improve. 8. Shampoo and Shower Gel not good to use (no bubble) and there is no conditioner and body lotion provide in 4 star hotel. 9. Iron has stain and not function well. 10. Kettle inside is rusty. Better to change it. 11. Need to arrange to do Facade cleaning. Window with algae. Positive feedback: 1. Room is cleaned. Free of dust. 2. I loved the water dispenser at the lift landing. It is effective reduce of plastic bottle. 3. Bed and pillow is comfortable."

"The service was excellent from every member of the team. We had a club room which was worth paying for, an oasis away from the bustle of KL. The pool and spa areas are fabulous. Our 1st visit to this hotel and we would definitely return"

"Here for business, room is decent but the facing is right in front of the metro which is very noisy throughout the day and night. Aircon is noisy if I set it to 2 bars and above. If you are a light sleeper, take note. Breakfast was decent but fruit flies are trying to feast on my meal as well… Location is good and there is a link bridge from the hotel to NU Sentral Mall."

"This is a fabulous hotel with the most amazing view of the Petronas Towers. We had a club room overlooking the towers and it was just awesome to open the curtains each morning and see it lit up each evening. The food and drinks in the hotel were all fabulous. We had a Traders Club room so ate in the club lounge for breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails in the evening. All staff were super friendly and helpful. The location of this hotel is so good to walk over to the towers and see the light shows in the evenings. We also had drinks and ate in hotels nearby to enjoy different views of the towers: The Oriental Park has a close up view of the light show and food was great, Satellite restaurant bar in the Imperial Lexus and Blackbird in Naza Tower have views of the towers and a short distance from Traders. The hotel offers a shuttle buggy over to the towers. We had a beer in the Sky Bar after a long day out and before it got busy with kids in the pool and people arriving for evening drinks. A fabulous hotel in a fabulous location and we wouldn't hesitate to return."

"Great location. We stayed on two separate occasions here, within a period of a week. They stored our luggage so we could do a side trip. We did have an issue with the 2nd room, the shower wasn't working and the lovely lady at the front desk moved us to a different room, with no issues at all. The pool/restaurant staff on level 69 are so professional. We loved both the pools. Great suites and very convenient to KLCC, with great views of the twin towers from the pool."
