"I booked an economy class room but I have got an economy class room with sea view which was a surprise. The room was clean and all the necessary items were their. I enjoyed the spa treatment and pool and hot tub. I enjoyed walking by the river side. It was fantastic and adventures stay. "

"Of the many hotels and self catering accommodation I've stayed in for work in Carmarthen, this hotel is by far the best. My room was comfortable, clean, quiet and well equipped, including a fridge. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel offers excellent value and St Peter's car park provides close parking for anyone who doesn't dare try the tight parking on site!"

"My wife’s parents got married in this property 70 years ago, so we decided to stay here as part of our family history trip. The building is from the 1700s but it has been updated and has a ton of charm. The key boxes were all checked: the bed was comfortable, it was quiet at night and the water pressure was good. A full welsh breakfast was included. We also had dinner in the restaurant. It was a bit pricey but tasty. The staff was wonderful: hard working and attentive. Would definitely stay here again."

"As a regular hotel user whilst on business, this hotel is certainly up there with the best. A lovely welcome from the host on arrival and superb evening meal, I had the lamb. I paid around £80 for the night, which in my opinion is a steal. Diolch "
