"The hotel and location was spot on, really beautiful. The room was beautiful, very comfortable bed and great bathroom. Our meal in the evening was very good, but the breakfast not so much. Top tip - dont order the kippers. Would definitely visit again."

"Staff very welcoming when we arrived, since we were early had lunch as too early to check in. very nice lunch of homemade soup. Bedroom was cosy & very clean. Very nice bathroom but very small & the only criticism was the sink was extremely small. Would have been ok in a cloakroom. Breakfast was very good & Elizabeth who served us was lovely & friendly. Hotel very central but trying to find the car par was difficult as its all one way streets. We parked down the bottom of Quay Street , where there is a big car park & you can pay for 24 hour @ £7. Would stay again if we go to Cardigan."

"This is a quirky place just off the promenade ,there are no staff at reception but an envelope with all details and actual keys to your room and front door.We could see the sea from the bay window and had a shared bathroom ,there are rooms with en suite but fully booked for our stay. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of vegan and vegetarian options,two cheerful girls cooking,no sign of the owners but it all worked smoothly ,also the eggs are from a local farm."

"We had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was excellent. Even though there were 2 weddings on both days we were there it did not have any impact on our stay. Excellent service by staff. Will be visiting again. Great location."
