"I stayed in one of the apartments at the rear of the main hotel. Very clean and spacious and a very relaxed atmosphere, ideal for winding down after a long day. All staff were helpful and friendly and there was a lovely little bar area with comfy furniture."

"Plenty of parking nearby, staff were friendly and the room was clean and newly refurbished. We had a room facing away from the main road so didn’t hear the cars/pub. Lovely breakfast with a vegetarian/vegan different options."

"Lovely, easy accessible hotel room, clean, modern and spacious. Bathroom was clean, bath had a chip in bottom, but didnt affect use and shower curtain could do with updating. Next to a lovely pub. Food was nice and service good and very easy to walk into the town and back, safely at night too, would recommend for the price!"

"Really lovely property. Set in a wonderful rural location. The ideal place to get away from it all. Fully expected to bump into a hobbit or two! If you feel like you are stuck in Mordor, come here and live in the Shire"
