The staff is what made it for us from the restaurant staff so helpful specially Graciela she went that extra mile for also the reception staff and the house keepers thank you, If you like a quiet hotel this is the one for you....shops 15mins walk .definitely will be back.

Amazing place! Very clean and wonderfully decorated and maintained. John was really helpful and offered some good advice both about local amenities and transport options if you don’t have a car. All staff I met were friendly. Really can’t praise it enough!

Staff were really helpful and I was able to drop off my bags as I had arrived early for check in. Rooms were very comfortable.

Decent room but very little else

All the staff I came into contact with were extremely professional and courteous. A credit to Marriott. Although I was only here for a very short time, I will definitely stay again. My only irritation is the automated telephone system. It took a lot of endeavour to speak to an actual person prior to my arrival. I only needed to arrange the shuttle pick up, but kept getting asked if a text message would do… please bring back real people to speak with.

We chose this hotel due to its location near to the cruise port. In this respect, it couldn’t have been better. The port entrance is a few hundred metres from the hotel. We used the port shuttle to get to the ship. $12 per person. The hotel is typical of the Aloft brand with its industrial style decor in the public area. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a limited menu for breakfast and dinner, but staff at reception will suggest other places to eat...

Room was huge with sitting area and kitchen facilities, the only downside was there were no usb points, we used the tv to charge, I wrongly assumed that in this day & age they would automatically have them

Very nice hotel with friendly staff, room was airy clean and bright, breakfast choice was very good, I will stay at this hotel again when I am working in the area the location was great, I do recommend :-)
