This lovely 1-bedroom apartment is situated in a quiet and secluded area beautifully surrounded by marvelous mountain views and Pine trees. Pinecone Apartment is located in a privileged position in Platres village, one of the most popular wine villages on the southern slopes of the Troodos Mountains.

The property can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Features a beautifully decorated open plan living room and kitchen area fully equipped as well as a wooden stove fireplace for the winter nights. The flat also includes a double bedroom with en-suite toilet and shower facilities.

In addition, the property offers direct access to a covered patio and lovely garden with sitting space and bar / barbeque area.
The barbeque area is shared with the other two apartments of the Pinecone complex.
