"I can't say enough about this place, what a rare find! Everyone was ecstatic with this home! We visit my parents every year so weve been getting rentals for a long time. This home surpassed our expectations in many ways. First of all, SPACE, so much space, CLEAN, nice appliances and furniture and cookware, even throws and pillows. I found myself taking pictures of them to buy them for my own home. The view takes your breath away when you first walk in, it looks almost like the home is actually on the water thru the living room. Huge pool and those sunsets, oh MY gosh the sunsets! Blue pink purple!!! The host was super attentive and more than gracious. I had to stop the tears from having to leave this beautiful home! Theres always next year!! I cant wait to go back!!!"

"This property was amazing! Also considering the price, the amenities, and how well taken care of the home was I could not believe the deal we got. My family loved the pool that was used every single day well into the night. Also the covered pool was a must during this time of year as the bugs were out in full force. We loved watching the lizards climbing over the enclosure as well. My daughter thinks they are cute. Also the owner provided large quality beach towels that were a great help with the kids constant pool usage. Also the canal behind the house was great for fishing where my wife and I went out every night to fish and have a few drinks. We actually saw giant catfish, stingray and even a dolphin one morning. Extremely fun just to sit and see what would swim by. Lastly the host was so easy talk to and provided answers to any questions I had in a very timely manner. I am already looking at booking this home again for our next vacation. "

"The host, Christian, were very accommodating; they even had complimentary refreshments waiting for us in the fridge! The property met our special need and the location is great. Near downtown Punta Gorda, both quaint and hip. It is also dog friendly and convenient to several parks, restaurants and shopping. We will stay here again. :)"
