This house is new, beautiful, clean and stacked with amenities. Amazing for kids and families. The pool is beautifully maintained and the kids loved fishing off the dock with the supplied fishing rods. There are bikes and kayaks as well. The house is located on a wide saltwater canal and is less than five minutes to open water. We had a boat delivered to the dock and had quick access to Boca Grande and Cayo Costa. Troy is a top notch host who responded immediately to any inquiry. I have stayed in a lot of vacation homes in the area and this was by far the best!
