"Communication with Latrell was easy and very helpful. The location was easy to find and entry was smooth. It’s a simple 2 bedroom with 2 full bathrooms with all the basics. There is a lovely screened in porch and a fenced in backyard. Checking out was also easy."

"This property delivered so much more than it promised. I cannot overstate how spacious, clean and accomodating we found the house. The ground floor offers several large gathering spaces, and the bedrooms are sizeable, one with a broad terrace and another with a cozy sitting area and an enormous ensuite. The kitchen is more than merely functional, with all appliances in good working order. The owner was easily accessible on the one occasion we had to reach her. Again, this property exceeded our expectations and set a new standard for short-term lets."

"My husband, 3 year old and I were in town for my husband’s Ironman race. After having a terrible experience at a hotel that was under construction, muggy/dusty and not clean at all, I frantically looked on VRBO to see if I could find something. I found this guesthouse and it ended up being perfect! Booked it and checked in the following day. The hosts are very quick at responding to messages, the house was clean and cozy and in the perfect location we needed. If we ever come back to Jacksonville, this is where we’ll stay! Highly recommend."
