We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious, clean, and professionally ran this hotel was. The young ladies at check-in were so welcoming and respectful; so much so, that we wanted to change our reservations at a 5 star hotel that we had in the next state over, to another Home2Suites location in the area. Sadly - we were unable to cancel our existing reservations. For our next trip, we will be sure to consider a Home2Suite hotel before letting our “bougieness” steer us wrong.

The front desk staff were very polite and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable, it looks like a studio apartment. I will be visiting Jacksonville in September and I will be staying at the Home 2 Suites at 600 Park Street again. That’s how comfortable I fell staying there.

The hotel was quiet and location was good. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. We did not take advantage of the breakfast. There wasn't a lot of parking spaces and we had to park behind the Jimmy Johns in the next parking lot over. Staff was friendly.

The property was decent. Our room was clean and the workout room was good. The biggest negatives for us were: 1) non existent water pressure in the shower-I don’t know if this is the shower head or a problem with pressure throughout the hotel, but it took me 40 minutes to shower and get shampoo/conditioner out of my hair (I usually take 10-15 minute showers…it really was just a trickle of water and ridiculous)! 2) breakfast - the options were great, but if you weren’t there within the first hour of service you were out of luck. They did not restock options and there wasn’t even any cereal or toast left one morning - much less anything else.
