"This place is a perfect location for getting around Jacksonville. Not to far from downtown. Location is close to shopping and many food options. The beach is 30 minutes and is easy to get to. The neighborhood is quiet. The host was easy to get in touch with if there were issues. Overall, a relaxing, peaceful place to stay. Would definitely recommend."

"The bungalow was nice, but unfortunately the AC was broken and a tech was dispatched promptly after hours. The management found us another home in the area which more than met our expectations. Overall the home was as described, had a great location and it appeared to be relatively safe for the short amount of time we spent there. We absolutely appreciated the customer service’s promptness and professionalism"

"Everything was clean and amazing! Great communication with the host! We were in town for our daughter’s softball tournament and the house was perfect for 2 families. The only thing I would think that would make it better is 2 full baths but we made it work with 7 people and had hot water for everyone!"

"My husband, 3 year old and I were in town for my husband’s Ironman race. After having a terrible experience at a hotel that was under construction, muggy/dusty and not clean at all, I frantically looked on VRBO to see if I could find something. I found this guesthouse and it ended up being perfect! Booked it and checked in the following day. The hosts are very quick at responding to messages, the house was clean and cozy and in the perfect location we needed. If we ever come back to Jacksonville, this is where we’ll stay! Highly recommend."
