"I will just suggest a few things to improve the property. First would be a grab bar for the shower. It’s very high up and a bit slippery. The towels need to be upgraded. The black ones were not good. Also, a safety latch on the interior for the entry door would make it more secure. Otherwise, it’s a cute place !"

"We checked in with no issues. The room was bigger than expected and pretty clean. Our only issue was that the floor was not totally clean in the closet and the bathroom. We took advantage of the free breakfast and it was great! Lots of fresh coffee and choices of food. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area!"

"The state was really nice and the guy who gave me the key to the room was a very polite very nice person I would give this place a 10 out of 10 and cause of the bedrooms was nice and big the bathrooms was nice and big everything was so spacious and very clean one of the best lower Budget Hotels I've stayed in a long time"

"Kinda janky. No hand towel in the bathroom, bathroom lock was broken, bed made with a bed runner and top sheet but no blanket or comforter, couches with reclining chairs that don't work, broken window shades."

"Located near some cute shops, coffee and eateries. Quirky decor. Our stay was brief and busy with family bu I would liked to have enjoyed the unit longer. We did not even get to enjoy the bottle of wine they left for us!"

"A great stay! We had everything we needed and the home was very clean. There is great yard in a quiet little neighborhood, close to lots of amenities, and not too far from Boston. Iris was a wonderful host and had great communication with easy instructions for everything. This home was perfect for our family with a toddler and a dog, we would absolutely book again! "

"First impressions were good. The space is clean and decently stocked with cups and cutlery. Beds are comfortable but ours was so old or heavily used that it actually broke one morning while we were sitting in bed drinking our coffee. But the property manager fixed it that afternoon while we were out. The bathroom is very small, and the bathtub backs up with water so you take a bath and a shower at the same time. The couch feels like concrete which is where unfortunately one guest was staying. Parking is not great either. All in all, it was clean, the manager responded quickly to an emergency however they didn’t tell us any check out procedures and we were able to be comfortable for a few days. "
