The suite was very comfortable and had all the amenities you would want for a long stay. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, but there are other options close bye. Room was clean, and the shower fine. Would recommend.
Very clean and well furnished room. Parking is easy. The breakfast was horrible. Make your own breakfast sandwiches with items in a lukewarm warming oven. The food looked like play doh and tasted about the same. Overall a good stay, just plan on taking an apple from the fruit basket and going to Dunkin.
This is a very new hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean without signs of wear and tear. The bed was comfortable. There is plenty of parking. The location met our needs.
Unfortunately, the breakfast was understaffed and understocked. They ran out of a number of items. The water dispenser was out of order and there wasn't an option for filling our water bottles. Guests left tables without bussing and the staff didn't bus either.
Rooms were very spacious, fit 5 people along with luggage’s and bags and more walking room then most hotels. Supper clean. Full fridge, sink with utensils and cleaning supplies. Very impressed
Property is nice for being new. Little options in their snack area, and amenities like the pool were out of service. Walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. Parking is also limited.
My stay was enjoyable overall; however, there were a few concerns that negatively impacted my experience.
I completely understand that checkout is at 11:00 a.m. I was traveling with my two young children for an event. At approximately 10:35 a.m., while I was assisting my daughter as she was getting out of the shower, housekeeping knocked once and then entered the room. This resulted in my daughter being seen while she was undressed in the shower. I found this extremely inappropriate and concerning. I understand housekeeping needs to prepare rooms, but checkout had not yet occurred, and I believe guests should have complete privacy until that time.
Additionally, shortly before checkout, I received a call from the front desk asking if I was almost ready to leave. While I understand the need to keep rooms on schedule, I felt rushed. I had paid for the room through 11:00 a.m., was preparing to leave on time, and had taken good care of the room.
I believe guests should be able to use the room until the stated checkout time without feeling pressured to leave early. Most importantly, I should be able to get my children dressed and ready without worrying that someone may enter the room unexpectedly while they are undressed.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as guest privacy and appropriate communication are important parts of the guest experience.
