"Logo que chegamos já nos sentimos enganados porque reservamos nessa pousada justamente porque tinha ar condicionado, mas chegando no quarto, era apenas ventilador de teto. A recepcionista disse que naquele momento não tinha um outro quarto para nos realocar e passamos a primeira noite nesse. A cama era muito desconfortável, com colchão duro. O chuveiro esquentou muito pouco, oferecendo banho morno. Ao questionar na recepção, a moça disse que era preciso esperar 4 minutos para a água esquentar....
