It was just one night stay, great spacious room, very nice breakfast. Hallway carpet needs to be replaced or cleaned, but overall very good hotel.

Sauberkeit: Wir hatten 4 Tage Zimmer Service, die Betten wurden gemacht, der Mülleimer geleert. Der offensichtlich schmutzige Duschvorleger nie gewechselt. Durchgefegt wurde nicht. Parken: die Mitarbeiter des Parkservice waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt ein paar Parkplätze am Hotel und einen weiteren Parkplatz auf einer Fläche gegenüber.der Schrank ( meist unverschlossen) im dem die Autoschlüssel aufbewahrt werden, befindet sich in Zu-/Ausgang des Treppenhauses und ist nicht aufgrund einer Tür nicht unter dauerhafter Beobachtung, was ein Sicherheitsrisiko darstellt. Zimmer: das Zimmer verfügte über 2 Betten, einen Stuhl, Schreibtisch, Kühlschrank mit minibar, etwas zum Kleider aufhängen, etwas Ablagefläche und einen Safe, nichtregulierbare Klimaanlage. 1 Miniabfalleimer. Die bereitgestellten Decken, der Verpackung nach wohl direkt aus der Reinigung, stanken bestialisch nach einer Mischung aus Buttersäure und nassen Hund. Fenster zur Straße hinaus. Lärmpegel auch im Haus selbst hoch. Die elektronischen Schlüsselkarten funktionierten teilweise nur 2 Tage. Sicherheit: Am 24. Dezember wurde uns aus unserem Zimmer während wir zum Frühstück waren 100 Euro gestohlen. Die Abhandlung des Ganzen erfolgte von oben herab, ohne hilfreich zu sein oder auch nur ein Wort des Bedauerns auszudrücken. Zwischen dem 31.12 und 1.1. ging einer der Aufzüge kaputt. Bis zum Morgen des 2.1.2026 war dem Anschein nach keine Reparatur möglich.

Hotel impecável. Atendimento de todos os funcionários nota 10. Apenas sugiro rever a política de preço para estacionamento de moto. Pagamos igual carro e não temos uma vaga... A moto "fica num cantinho". Ou não cobrem das motos ou cobrem menos.. agora se for pra cobrar valor de carro, que as motos possam usar a vaga de carro. Justo, né?

Não havia um aviso prévio e visível sobra taxas de estacionamento, inclusive o estacionamento era a céu aberto e em horário de pico nós mesmos tivemos que guardar o carro. Faltou água por um bom período e quando voltou estava muito quente e não resfriava. Elevador quebrado gerando transtorno por várias horas. No check-in ninguém nos informou sobre o acesso ao shopping e supermercado que havia pelo hotel, ouvimos de outros hóspedes. E choveu no 1 dia e a rua em frente enche de agua impossibilitando tráfego.

Nesta viagem não foi boa. Na chegada problemas com a água fria que não estava chegando aos quartos e não permitia tomar banho. Pela manhã, um dos elevadores quebrados e demora de mais de 20 minutos para descer para o Café. No Café vem a maior decepção, equipe com preguiça de atender, pedi ovos fritos e não quiseram fazer. Nunca passei por isto em nenhum hotel, única percepção que tenho que a falta de vontade infelizmente foi maior que a vontade de resolver o problema, detalhe, ainda pedi que se tinha problemas poderiam cobrar os ovos, mas mesmo assim mantiveram a posição.
