Fantastic apartment with great heated pool.
Our apartment was fantastic, really comfortable with everything we could need. The complex was beautifully maintained and the managers very helpful and pleasant. We especially enjoyed the fantastic heated pool and spa. The heated pool meant that we could swim at any time and be comfortable and was a real highlight of our stay.

Fantastic location and lovely hosts. There is some maintenance work underway in the central courtyard ahead of summer but it didn’t affect our stay at all.

Good location, clean place but too many rules! Upon arriving we were instructed that we had to take the rubbish out, had to do our dishes had to be out strictly at 10am. No visitors in the pool, spa for only 30mins max, no lying or sleeping on the couch, no we couldn’t have an extra cot for our child’s friend to stay. Despite paying and staying 2 nights we were informed we only get 1 days dish detergent and washing machine powder and it turned out this went for toilet rolls as well so bring these if you don’t want to have to pay extra. Great location, nice apartment but wake up extra early on check out day because the manager will be in your apartment just after 10am making you feel like you have committed a crime for being slightly late.

This is very interesting feedback… We get very frustrated when guests don’t take the time to read our website. We are self-service apartments. We are not a motel or a hotel. It takes a lot of preparation to have our apartments clean and presentable for all guests. Most of the issues within this feedback are all on our website, in the apartments and on the office desk (especially the checkout time and extra charge on guests if not arranged previously). This is passed on very clear and concise to all guests on arrival. What we don’t appreciate is the verbal abuse that we had to endure while the guests were here and on check out, it was very unfair and unnecessary, and this comes through in the feedback.

Very clean and very comfortable.
I stayed 3 nights for 4 days. It was very clean and very comfortable. The garage was underground parking. so I didn't get wet when it was raining. And my parking spot was huge. I defiantly come back to stay again.

We had a fantastic time staying in a 3 bedroom apartment at Ocean Breeze Resort. Great pool/spa for all the family to enjoy. Apartment was spacious and very well equipped. We had ample parking space with lots of room for our bikes. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to returning.

We stayed for 3 nights in January and totally loved this place. The apartment was immaculate and had everything you could want and need. Louise and Peter were awesome resort managers and were so friendly and helpful. The swimming pool and spa were pristine and the location was great, only 2 mins walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Very spacious one bedroom apartment
We stayed one night in the one bedroom apartment. It is very spacious and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The big bath was a bonus. The property manager is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back for a longer stay.

Ocean Breeze a breeze
My wife and I and another couple had a great two nights at Ocean Breeze in a spacious two bedroom apartment. Large lounge, comfortable seating, large screen TV, very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, large bathroom, heaps of hot water for four showers, convenient basement parking with internal access and very helpful host and hostess. We will be back!!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful and peaceful place
Super luxurieus apartment. Lovely staff: Louise and Peter are very warm and friendly people, with a great sense of humor. It's a small walk to the beach. It's very peacefull and we loved it. With swimming pool and hot tub. We would definitively stay here again.

Great family escape
Our little family had a lovely time at Ocean Breeze, with such a friendly welcome and comfortable stay in the spacious and well contained apartment. Our kids had the best time in the heated pool and there was great walking, biking and beach nearby. Would certainly stay again.

Beautifully run apartments
More of a home than hotel. Louise and her husband are awesome. The resort is a short walking distance to the beach. It is an hour away from Cathedral cove, but who cares. the area is beyond peaceful. The resort is immaculate. Louise cooks an awesome breakfast if you want to eat in the morning. The rooms also come with washer and dryer which is a great thing to have when you are traveling and it is free!!! We highly recommend Ocean Breeze resort. Louise was very helpful and knew the area.

Welcome Luxury
We were very warmly welcomed although we arrived before designated check-in time. Modern style apartments are very well designed with all parking in secure underground park so no cars driving through small complex -quiet and very safe for children. Our apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious and stylish with luxury details, including huge wall mounted TV. Very comfortable furnishings throughout. Great kitchen with quality fittings and kitchenware, catering options include BBQ on balcony. Bed supremely comfortable with good quality linen. Loved the bathroom with 3 showers including huge, open-side rain shower plus wall mounted shower head, also enclosed conventional shower. Separate toilet with own hand basin. Ocean Breeze is very well maintained with attractive outdoor pool and spa area, is very close to beach and surf club, short drive to boat ramp and small shopping centre with limited dining options - can recommend pies from local bakery.

Good location, well appointed, lacks friendliness
This is a lovely hotel/apartment complex to stay in. The facilities are good with a swimming pool and hot tub (although not that hot). We stayed in a one bedroom ground floor apartment and found it to be of a good size, with a well equipped kitchen and it was well furnished throughout. We did feel that the hosts were a little unwelcoming initially when being shown around, the emphasis being on everything we WEREN'T allowed to do :( Whilst we appreciate that there are rules, it would have been nice that these weren't the sole focus. That aside, we were very happy with our stay and decided to extend it for another night, when we approached the reception, the first thing they said was 'what's wrong'. There was nothing wrong at all, we just wanted to add a night to our visit. There were a lot of families at the complex during our stay and the kids where being kids, a little noisy, but it didn't really bother us that much, so maybe they thought we were going to complain. Anyway, all in all, we would probably stay again, because it is a nice property and is in a great location, one street off of the beach. Hopefully we will get a cheery welcome next time :) It should also be noted that the rooms aren't serviced, not even clean towels, but there are laundry facilities in the room (not that we want to do washing whilst on holiday :))

Very nice apartment!
Not sure if this is really a hotel, it is more lovely apartments. No restaurant. My apartment (1A) was really gorgeous. Beautifully furnished, clean as it was possible to be, lovely big bathtub, separate shower, great Sky TV channels, well equipped kitchen. There is underground parking. Nice pool. Everything you could want and a short stroll to the beach. Very nice couple in charge, helpful and friendly

Everything was clean and tidy, rooms were immaculate, only thing I could say wrong which isnt even a big deal was that the tv in the bedroom wasn't working and no instruction on how to get it to work. Otherwise a perfect stay! Thanks for the hospitality !!

Value for Money
Everything at this resort is well maintained by excellent hosts and the facilities service all your needs. Spacious living areas with more than ample cooking wares, in room washing m/c and clothes dryer separately placed away from view. Bathroom with heated towel rake, deep bath and heating for your comfort. Walk in robes with more than needed hanging space. Large and cosy lounge and separate dining area. The location is perfect for morning walks or a quick swim, directly opposite the beach and at night you will be lulled by the waves crashing on the beach. Even off season during our visit a heated pool and magnificent heated CLEAN spa, both salt no smelly chemicals. The secure parking is just another bonus as well as great WiFi. All in all when you add up all these things why would you stay in a hotel, motel or cottage regardless of their rating. Ocean Breeze Resort is FIVE star in our opinion.

Nice hotel close to the beach
The hotel was nice and our room very comfortable. The area is very residential and quiet--not your usual hotel area. Mostly surrounded by private homes in a neighborhood. We were there at the end of Sept and many things in the area were closed, so the location was not as convenient if you needed restaurants or gas stations. But overall nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful

Great facilities, with a luxurious feel. Lovely even in Winter due to the hot outdoor spa, with a nice pool for warmer months. Really friendly and helpful husband and wife team managing it. Clean and tidy.
