Olvidé ropa en el cuarto llame y simplemente dijeron que no las deje, antes me había hospedado y me parecía un buen lugar claro que antes no había olvidado nada, que pena que por una blusa y un par de jeans me diera cuenta que no puedo sentirme en confianza con el personal

The perfect place to explore Patzcuaro by foot, just off the main square but quiet with parking possible outside. Interior garden, excellent breakfast, and charming design. Staff also friendly and provide excellent advice for trips nearby. Pet friendly too. I wanted to stay longer than our two days.

It’s a very cute and enchanting hotel. The rooms was huge and comfy. Would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it. Thanks to the great staff for their kindness and excellent customer service!

The hotel was close to both main plazas. The rooms were large and stocked with everything you need. It was convenient to have breakfast provided each day. The best part was the staff. They were extremely helpful. We were able to have our laundry done for us right there in the hotel. Also, if you are looking for tours in the area, contact the hotel ahead of time. They provided us with contact information for some great guides! We were picked up at the hotel and had a private tour customized to what we wanted to see. Definitely worth it!

Beautiful place! Super clean, friendly staff and the bed is very comfortable. Wish we’d have stayed more than one night but we were just passing through. We will be back and we highly recommend!

There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this property. I had not been there for a couple of years, and it only gets better. Rooms are immaculate, caring staff, and gardens you never want to leave. Wonderful breakfasts as well.

Rustic beauty
The whole property was charming. It was like a mini village with rooms on both sides of a long courtyard filled with fountains, plants, flowers, and outdoor furniture to sit out and enjoy. I loved the courtyard so much. The room was spacious and comfortable with a rustic charm. The front desk staff also spoke English, which was helpful. Overall, a really nice property.

Lovely hotel, well located. Rooms are dark, typical for colonial remodeled hotels. Small and cozy, and staff are very attentive.

Thank you so much. Next visit book a room in the rear for much more light. The old Colonial prat of the hotel is on the 1st patio and the 2nd patio is new construction and has more windows. I have guests who prefer one or the other. Come again!

Best stay in Patzcuaro
My friend and I had such an amazing stay, she’s stayed here a few times and it was my first time. The location is perfect right by the plaza, clean, staff very friendly and courteous. The room was beautiful and the gardens as well. Definitely can’t wait to be back to this place when I’m back to Patzcuaro!

Wonderful hotel located just off the main plaza. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a beautiful courtyard and lots of places to sit and relax. The hotel provides a awesome breakfast daily. The staff are very friendly and very helpful when it comes to travel advice and places to go.

Patzcuaro Delight!
Very comfortable, inviting, friendly place to stay in Patzcuaro. Delicious breakfasts! Have stayed here several times, always a treat! Victoria and Luis are terrific hosts, helpful, knowledgeable. Location is perfect.

Casa Encantada is located just 2 blocks from the Center of Patzcuaro. Our room was very unique and comfortable. We spent 3 full days touring and enjoying the city. The staff is very accomodating and helpful to get the most enjoyment out of your stay. This is our third year staying at Casa Encantada

A slice of paradise
Excellent stay as always. We have stayed at Casa a number of times, it’s a slice of paradise right in centro. Beautiful gardens, great service and comfortable rooms. Covid protocol was followed and outdoor breakfast is a treat. Love this place and you will also.

Great in every way
Casa Encantada was great in every way. It was quiet, comfortable, reasonably priced and centrally located. But the best part of my stay was the friendly and very helpful staff. Especially during the complimentary breakfast which is not just bagels and coffee. The food was exceptional. I will miss this place.

Special, Classical, Romantic, Great Service
This hotel is special. Service is wonderful. Rooms are very well kept and each unique. Breakfast is offered daily and is way more than we expected. Coffee served in the common room is delicious. Very close to the PTZ plaza and great shopping, good food and more coffee shops. We felt safe in the hotel and PTZ area. Only downside to all hotels and businesses in centro is off-site parking if not available on the street. Recommend hotel!

I would definitely come back here again!!
It was a fantastic experience. The whole place was cozy and very picturesque, well decorated. The inner courtyard was fantastic for my husband and I to have a takeout dinner while our baby went to sleep in the room. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
