"The cabin was clean, and the interior was exactly as described. The kitchen was big enough and stocked enough to cook meals for a my group of 5 adults. The fridge was immaculate. The only downside is that the listing made it sound remote. We were very near a major road and the lights from the passing cars and street lights meant it was not a great spot for star gazing. We also could hear loud music and rowdiness from a nearby cabin the entire trip so it wasn't as relaxing as I had hoped. I loved the winding stream that runs along this property though and it was a great stay. Pretty good bird watching spot over a cup of coffee. Would be a great hunting cabin."

"Do not know where to start. Everything was perfect. The house was beautiful and everything was as described. My family of 5 went there to see the stars and just relax and that is what we got. You can just go out on the balcony to watch the stars or wander about 10 minutes away to Cherry Springs State Park. We were up early every morning to just sit outside on the deck with a cup of coffee and enjoy the scenery. Breathtaking! House was stocked with all that is needed. Clean and comfy. Just a short 20-30 minute drive into town for groceries and such. Plenty to do in the area. Ice Mine in Coudersport and Lumber Museum are a must visit. We went hiking at Leonard Harrison State Park and Canoeing at Lyman Lake/Damn. Make sure to stop by Fezz's Diner for a bite to eat. The house has a guest book filled with all the highlights of the area. Do not let the weather scare you away. It seems to change for the better quickly. Communication with the owners was positive too. No problems just a question but they answered quickly. All in all a wonderful experience. As we will be looking to go back again I would definitely recommend. No hesitation."

"We made some core memories with our daughters in just 48 hours at the cottage. It was well stocked with outdoor/indoor activities and all your kitchen needs. With young children it was great just to stargaze on property and not have to be out on the star field at Cherry Springs State Park until late. On clear nights the cottage property offered beautiful views of the night sky. The host was gracious and communicated quickly and we appreciated all the attention to detail in the the cottage."
