The Hotel is run by UK 2 ex-pats, Chris & Dave, who both ensure it is run on a very personal level. One of the cabaret dancers passed away during my stay, they managed to raise 130,000 TBT for his family, they genuinely care about their guests just as much.

For cleanliness, friendly service and above all value for money you will not do better in Jomtien/Pattaya. Bear in mind this area is 'party town' in the evening, If you want a quiet early night it will not be for you, if you are a party king then climb aboard!

Great Location
Small well maintained hotel that's nicely designed. Perfectly located if your interest is the activity in Jomtien Complex and surrounding area. Within easy walking distance of airport bus station.

Large room with safe, tea and coffee making facilities and very clean with queen size bed. Great show and friendly staff. Would highly recommend it and would stay here again. Excellent location in jontiem complex next to beach.

A Lot Going On
The Venue is well located hotel if you want to be in the middle of all of the activities of the busy nighttime Jomtien Complex. The hotel offers a good and comfortable stay with limited service. It can get a little noisy on the street at night. Enjoy the multiple parties, eateries, and comforts of the Jomtien Complex.

Good Value for Money
Two night stay. Comfortable. Good value for money. Location unbeknown to me when booking is in the middle of the Gay Village. While it didn’t bother me it may be something that some people take in to consideration if they’re a little less tolerant.

Service is below average. It's cheap so one does not expect much. Bed was uncomfortable and mattress collapsed on one side. Two hour late checkout which was expressly confirmed on Hotel.com booking, was rejected

Dear Anonymous. I am sorry that your stay with us did not live up to your (or our) expectations. All agreed late check outs are noted on our reservation system but in your case there seems to have been a misunderstanding. However as your review is anonymous I am not able to ascertain exactly what happened but will remind staff about the late check out arrangement. I am sorry that you found the bed uncomfortable. Many of our guests comment on how comfortable our beds are. Had you brought these concerns to my, or another manager's attention we would have attempted to rectify them at the time. Best regards

A Great Hotel In A Central Location
I have stayed at The Venue many times and have always enjoyed it. The staff is friendly, it is centrally located and the rooms are great. Would defiantly recommend it.

Gay friendly hotel, good location
Hotel is in a good location, close to catch Baht bus and 10 min walk to the beach. Room is large, bed was comfortable, seemed to know their joy, not overly friendly but certainly acceptable. Best way to book is directly with the hotel. No restaurant, but many close by, nice swimming pool. There is a nightly show very professional and entertaining.

Pleasant Surprise
Room was comfortable, Clean, and had anything we could ask for. The Bed was really comfy which in Thailand is hit or miss. Truly enjoyed the stay.

I have stayed here several times in past due the location in Jomtien Complex and the level of comfort of the rooms. Dining and entertainment options are right at the front door of The Venue.

Great little hotel. Make sure you get room facing the back as the street in front has a lot of bars. For me the pillows where too high and way too firm, the AC was a bit noisy. Other than that it was a great room, nice design, good bed.

4 weeks at The Venue
Having stayed in the Jomtien area previously and visited The Venue Cabaret show, I decided to stay at The Venue Hotel for my 4 week holiday this year. Having booked with some knowledge of the hotel and surrounding area, my holiday was everything I expected and wanted. Great location, clean and well equipt rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and of course a fantastic show every evening. I felt very welcome by everyone and almost like part of the family. I am already planning my next visit.

A Good Hotel For The Money
This was my first stay at the Venue & I'm glad I tried it. It is located in the Jomtien Complex which is a gay complex with plenty of bars, restaurants and entertainment. My room was large and bright with a great bathroom. The photos are extremely accurate. I would definitely stay here again.

Very Good Hotel For The Money
This was my first stay at the Venue and I was very impressed with it. My room was large with a lot of light and a great bathroom. The Venue is located in the Jomtien Complex which is a gay complex located in the Jomtien Beach area. The location is conveniently located close to a lot of restaurants, entertainment and the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Left after first night
Booked for a week but left after 1 night. Stayed here 2 years ago and was satisfied then . Rooms are still good and spacious but bed and bedding were well past their sell by date. Felt springs through mattress and bedding had body fluid stains which did not come out in the wash. Realised that bedding was not changed every day and we were expected to sleep on same stains. Fortunately hotel is cheap so we didn't lose much money by going elsewhere.

Exceptional rooms for a fantastic price!
The hotel is located about 2 kms away from the city centre, but easily accessible due to the number of taxis and motorbike taxis available in the same complex. Very friendly staff and had no issues during the entire stay. Cant think of any cons except the fact that the hotel is located in a gay area and the surrounding bars all cater to gays! But they are very straight friendly and i had no issues even though i booked the hotel without realising this! Forget the cons and just book it for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Tak for endnu et godt ophold her. Værelser pæne og nydelig, personale venlige og meget hjælpsom. Rengøring på værelset er i top og intet at sætte en finger på. Maden er rigtig god og til en fair pris. Rigtig godt show hver aften. Alt i alt et rigtig godt hotel og kommer helt klart tilbage igen.

Das Hotel liegt mitten im Komplex. Aber was die lautstärke der Musik von den Bars angeht habe ich im Zimmer fast nichts mitbekommen. Es ist ein sauberes Hotel und man hat eine schöne Frühstücksauswahl. Ich werde bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder dort wohnen.

Zweckmäßig Freundlich Zentral Strandnah
Für einen längeren Aufenthalt hatte ich die grössere Junior Suite gebucht jedoch nur ein kleines verunreinigte Zimmer erhalten ... nach Reklamation erhielt ich das größte Zimmer welches voll meine Erwartungen erfüllte ... riesen Bett mit vielen Beistelltischen - großer Schrank mit Safe sowie ein riesen duschbereich bzw. Geschmackvoll/funktionell gestaltetes Bad... die Klimaanlage war neuwertig und richtig platziert ergänzt durch einen deckenventilator (...der bei mir meist zum Einsatz kam...) Personal freundlich und bemüht - Rezeption rund um die Uhr besetzt- der Aufzug ist sehr langsam aber es reicht. - Abends ist bis 00:00/00:30 Uhr Show... der dadurch entstandene erhöhte Lärm hat mich in keinster Weise gestört:-) Durch die strandnahe Lage (10 Min. Fussweg) und die direkte Lage im Ausgehviertel sowie optimale Anbindung zum Airportbus (10 Min. Fussweg) und 10bht-Taxi/Motorbike-Taxi (1 Min.) Ist dies eine absolute Top-Lage

房間很大,床前有沙發還有陽台,備品也多,WIFI算快,晚上一樓還有表演可以看,住宿在這裡飲料還有打折,有一個非常小幾乎可以忽略的游泳池,特價期間住相當超值~
