Nice, clean and spacious. Close to walking street, restaurants and drinking joint. Given discount for spa treatment and afternoons tea set. Super value for money. There's plenty of food choices nearby too. The room is designed in a Japanese style, with a seating area in the room for tea (very Instagrammable) and a bidet toilet. The bed has a very comfortable mattress and there are at least 6 available electrical plugins around the room, including 3 next to the bed. Aircon was quiet and efficient. Water pressure was fine but the hot water never quite got \*hot\* despite me adjusting the heater setting. It wasn't cold, but was only warm. It wasn't a big deal overall. Wifi worked just fine but twice in four days I had to call to get it reset for my access. The staff were quick to help. TV is fine but it's not a smart TV, so no wifi there for Netflix or Youtube. Overall I was pleased with this place and would stay again. The location was also great. The room was requiring a bit of uplift, the shower and the a/c didn't work that well.
