The hotel is located at the end of an ally, and may be hard to find. The good things are a low rate, 10 min walk to Soi 6 nightlife, lots of food and massage places near, big bed, reception is always available and responsive, quiet, you can have multiple visitors at no charge. The bad things are the furniture is old and the bed is hard, putrid bathroom smell, wifi is fickle with intermittent connectivity, lots and lots of ants crawling around everywhere, I saw a huge cockroach in the shower, the pool is very small and shallow and not inviting, the TV resolution is very bad and snowy and grainy. It is the last hotel on the left on a dead end street so that made this a quiet area. I was at another hotel close to this one and paid $10 US more per night and I had a smaller dark room. My room here was nice and large, with large balcony and very good lighting. The swimming pool on roof was a little dated but it was clean and there was shade in the afternoon. My only complaint was the hot water for the shower...they did not have a little water heater on the wall. They had a central supply so it took time to get hot water and it was hard to keep the temperature adjusted. I would not let a child use this as they could get burned. I felt I got good value for my money and I would stay here again.
