I told them many people tried to cheat tourists because the hotel staffs not provided correct information to the guest. For example, I asked to call taxi going to a very close place North Bus Station for taking bus going to Bangkok. 1\. The contact driver was not a taxi driver, he used songthaew but charged me 400thb for a minute ride from this hotel. 2\. The reception staffs not everyone can speak English, so very easily to identify who tried to cheat or mislead the guest. Were she got dirty commission to hire a songthaew instead of taxi , in return the driver charged much more than usual.
