Overall, this is a good hotel to stay if you are alone. If you have your wife or girlfriend with you I would NEVER stay here. All the customers staying here are Indian men taking prostitutes to their rooms all hours of the day and night. I had no idea it was like this and my girlfriend was with me and ALL of the Indian men staying there would look at her like a piece of meat and were so rude they would talk to her even she is walking with me. These men are so low class and disrespectful I couldn’t believe it. Oh, just to make clear.... my girlfriend is Thai, but is not a bar girl and dresses very stylish and would never be mistaken for one by anyone.

Hard to sleep with loud India guess
Everything good except for India guess. They tend to like leaving room door wide open, talk loud, no concerns for other guess all day and night.

good place for stay
near to 7-11 and restaurant and public transport but last day of my stay some Indian start celebrating their Birthday with no manner at early morning. but it is not hotel fail. Just need to warning by sign or some rule like not too noisy

Value for money
Very old towels. There were so much noise from other guests for two nights and early the mornings. The breakfast was not bad except the boy cleaning at the end was a little rude when collecting the dishes. The front desk guy was supportive when I checked in. But the lady during the day was a little rude. Overall, got what I paid for.

Very poor quality room
The hotel and the room i stayed in was in a very poor condition. The bedroom walls have nasty stains on them (blood etc) and i woould not expect to have to pay so much for a room of such a poor standard. Constant noise from other guests at night. Also, the reception staff and bell boys are very rude. They point and make comments about other guests in their own language when asking them simple questions. This is my 3rd and final stay at this hotel- will be expecting a refund.

I realy like this hotel because it’s closed to everything as nightlife and restaurants and not far from walking street i used to stay in the hotel many times since 2013 I recommend this hotel to my friends stay there and u will like it.

Cake surprise!
My 2nd time here and I would stay again. Good staffs, good nice clean room at good price. Generally quiet but not far from all the bars and walking street. The staffs even surprised me with a cake for my birthday. There was a brief power outage but hotel has emergency system so lightings were fine.

Affordable hotel near walking street.
Service and room was okay. Had to go to another building for breakfast/pool but they provide free shuttle car and its not far at all, maximum 2 minutes walk. Overall nice staff and free wifi included. Would recommend for quick stay at a decent price.

Avoid Night shift Front desk.
Horrible night shift front desk staff. Forget about a smile, she outright see hotel guests as her enemy. combative and angry. first insist hotel do not provide breakfast. When I showed her my booking confirmation stating breakfast, she insist my rate did not come with breakfast, despite showing her proof otherwise. Had to call hotels.com to sort it out. next morning did I get an apology for her mistake? nope instead I got a stare that she identified her enemy.

Horrific Place to stay
I booked my room in December 2015 and when we go there (the hotel) Sunday 3, April 2016 they did not have any rooms available. Then 60 mins later that had one for me, but no A/C, Then the sink would not drain, then the sheet's/bed had bodily fluids/stains. The bathroom was/is filthy with soap scum and just straight dirty. bloody booger on the wall. As you walk down the hallway some doors were wide open full of trash and some room just did not have any doors. I got into with GM and his staff and they said they "ALL SHAME" THAT'S THAI ENGLISH... ... Please note that I called Hotels.com On Saturday 3, April 2016 I made this same compliant. Please note that since we arrived around 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM it was too late to find other accommodations, but as soon as the sun came up I checked out and went to Bangkok and checked into "The Landmark" Hotel.

The lobby was a bit dark. The staff were not very helpful only one was good in service. The room was spacious but not really clean. There's nothing to hangout around the hotel. You had to take the taxi to the city centre.

Fantastic stay at the cheaper rate and surroundings were superb. Sister hotel of the sunshine have massage center that was awesome cheapest in Pattaya with excellent staff and accountant of the massage center can speak good Hindi Language. Must stay at hotel at cheaper this cheaper rate.

For the location and price, the hotel was a great place to stay. It was walking distance to Bali hai Pier where the popular beaches are just a boat ride away. Love it. :)

Everything is good. Surprised there was good hot water pressure water all the time when I use it. Staffs there are helpful and checked in is fast. Room size is big but don't like the fact a/c blows right at the bed. But besides that, I enjoyed my stayed here.

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable, that is if you get nice neighbors. Unfortunately we didn't. There were a group of guys that kept pre drinking with their doors open. Staff tried twice to tell them to be quiet and failed. I had to take matters into my own hands, which not what I expect to do on a "relaxing" vacation. Close to the ferry, which is convenient, but the soundproofing in the rooms is awful. You can hear the ding of the elevator every time and if people are talking, forget about it.

For the price, can't really complain! The room is rather large, AC could have been a little stronger, but great location! 5 mins walking to Walking Street. Staff were pretty friendly and gave us as many fun and safety tips as possible! Would def stay again!

Worth the money paid for, Good Location..!!
Overall hotel is ok for the price paid for, nothing special to brag about except for the location, which is very close to many restaurants, convenience stores & night life. Rooms are compact but neat & clean, comfortable bed for a good sleep. Hotel doesn't provide buffet breakfast in the same premises, they have a sister concern hotel across the road which could be reached by a 6-10 mins walk, I really wonder why this arrangement. Booked here for 2 Nights with a group of friends.

Hotel with helpful and attentive staff
As long as the staff speaks English (a good number of them) they are very helpful. When I checked in there was some confusion as the hotel staff asked for a voucher and it took awhile to make them understand that Expedia doesn't provide a voucher. The internet also didn't work the first day, and I was given the run around by some staff until I found someone who spoke English and was willing to take responsibility to fix the problem. They ended up moving me to an upgraded room where the internet worked.

Happy overall with my stay here..
Nice hotel.. Nice rooms and clean. Friendly staff and cleaners. Only issue was my 'double bed' which is just 2 singles put together. They have wheels and sit on a hard floor, so the beds don't stay fixed at all. Duvet is also far too small for 2 people. Other than that, happy with my stay here.

Bon petit hôtel situé non loin de Walking Street, on peut utilisé la piscine de l'autre hôtel Sunshine juste à coté Le seul petit bémol est la forte présence d'Hindous assez bruyant et faisant parfois preuve de trop peu de respect envers le personnel et les autres clients. Ne pas avoir peur de les remettre à leurs places.

我個人是很滿意這家酒店，不過我的同行朋友一直說這家酒店住客大部份都是南亞睿。她有點害怕，並希望住在大部份都是內地台灣外國遊客的地方。 而附近餐廳有九成都是印度菜。這一點並不好，因為我個人比較想食泰國菜。交通方面，其實去各種地方位置都相當近。只是需要小心被黑心司機叫價，我試過比地方司機睇，佢話需要200珠，其實實際價錢不足100，最後定才好100元。

落ち着くお部屋
コンビニも近くに２つあり、インド人エリアなのでインドレストランが多いです。朝食会場は系列のホテルでになりますが、すぐ隣なので問題ないです。部屋の色が木目調で非常に落ち着き、広めの部屋で、シャワーブースも広めで水圧もよく全体的に非常に良かったです。又是非泊まりたいです。

Albergo ok... Contesto arabo meno..
L'albergo è in zona frequentata da arabi e l'albergo ha praticamente solo clientela di indiani pakistani che viaggiano in gruppo.. Io ero da solo e non ho avuto problemi in quanto la struttura e la camera sono ok... Io mi sono adattato in quanto ero l'unico europeo... Sconsiglio il soggiorno per coppie.. Donne e famiglie.. Il personale super ok... Però un'altra volta sceglierò un'altra zona di pattaya dove soggiornare..
