The room was clean and comfortable with a calm atmosphere, but what impressed me the most was how friendly and kind the staff were. From the moment I checked in, I was welcomed with warm smiles. This time I went in low season and sent the hotel two emails one in February and one in April asking if there was any chance of a room with a sea view (knowing they would be quiet). I received no response to either message so tried verbally at check in to see if there was anything they could do for me to which I got a straight forward “no”. I asked a couple of days later if they could offer me a deal and was just offered the standard upgrade price of 900tb per day (an extra £20 per night) which put the daily price up to around £60 per day - sorry but you can book a much better hotel in Pattaya for this amount. Das Zimmer war von der Größe her in Ordnung, die Ausstattung aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Balkon wurde in den zwei Wochen nicht ein einziges Mal geputzt.
