Eine Unterkunft kann nur so gut sein wie der Verwalter. War 4 wochen dort und fast zwei Wochen kein Internet. Keine andere Ausweichmöglichkeit vorhanden und somit mußte ich dort bleiben. Folgende Reklamationen, vorweg von mir mit Bildern an die Chefin geschickt, wurden von mir regelmäßig beanstandet per Telefon, WhatsApp und privat im Büro. Nach 6 Tagen gab ich auf. Staub lag ungelogen fast 1cm dick auf Schalter und Schränke. Larven von Insekten war an den Wänden und Decken, Spinnweben in Küche und Bad, Bett hatte noch Flecken von Vorbewohner (Gelbe Ränder an Kopfkissen, Lippenstift an Bettbezug), Geschirr war verschmutzt und ich habe nur ein Messer und Gabel gereinigt und benutzt. Couch war durchgelegen und man konnte dort nicht liegen. Boxspringbett hatte keinen Top und ich habe zwei Decken als Unterlage benutzt um nicht die Sprungfedern zu spüren. Man hatte trotzdem wie auf einem Brett geschlafen. Im Schrank lag der Staub und Schmutz. Nach der ersten Reklamation am Anreisetag, sollte das Zimmer bis zum Abend gereinigt werden. Es wurde nur der Boden gewischt und zwei Lichtschalten vom Staub befreit. Ottimi i ristoranti della zona, abili a cucinare ogni tipo di pesce, crostaceo o mollusco. Unico consiglio: essendo un resort e non un hotel, bisogna arrivare in ore ufficio e poi telefonare per farsi portare le chiavi dell' appartamento, che è ben arredato e confortevole. Une galère monumentale pour récupérer les clés de l'appartement à notre arrivé car il n'y a pas de réception. Dans l'ensemble l'hôtel et le studio sont très agréables avec un rapport qualité prix intéressant, cependant, l'hôtel se trouve extrêmement excentré de tout commerces et animations, de plus plus pour y accéder il faudra traverser une décharge d'ordures et d'odeurs désagréables. Les tuk tuk peuvent refuser de desservir l'hôtel, ou bien doubler le prix de la course à la fin sans vous avertir. Pensez bien à refuser et donner le montant de base à savoir 10 baths par personne. This is not a hotel or a serviced apartment. There is no check in lobby, you have to call and wait awhile then a person come shop with an envelope and demands 500 baht for cleaning. When you go it the unit is not clean, look at the photos. You would think that 500 baht is a holding deposit but it’s not. When we got in there was no towels, we had to ring and wait 3 hours. There is no complementary bottles of water. There is not toilet paper holder for the toilet paper, no soap only one little bottle of shampoo and shower gel, didn’t last 1 day and they don’t cone in to replace them or clean the room or replace the towels so why are we paint 500 baht fir cleaning? No soap holders too. There is no tea or coffee you have to but it yourself. Bed hard as a rock. When we turned on the air con it just dripped water everywhere but they fixed it. Cups dirty and cracked. We just wanted to move put we could find any accommodation for the remaining days. Il faut le préciser au taxi sinon il aura du mal à trouver cette résidence. L'une des routes proches de la résidence est Jomtiensaineung Rd, l'autre est Thanon Sukhumvit. Pour rejoindre l'une de ces routes, compter 10 minutes à pied. Une fois sur l'une de ces routes, vous pouvez arrêter un tuk-tuk. Sur Jomtiensaineung Rd (la route qui longe la mer), la course est de 10 baths par personne. Sur Thanon Sukhumvit (route parallèle à celle qui longe la mer), la course est de 20 baths par personne. Sur cette même route, on trouve Elephant Camp, Camp Chang Monkey school, Dinosaur Park, Pattaya Floating Market, Tiger Park, Underwater World, Outlet Mall, Mini Siam Pattaya, Circuit de karting et plusieurs supermarchés comme le BIG C ou Tesco.
