The staff is great and were very helpful and accomodating. The room was adequate for a place to sleep but this is not a 5 star hotel with all the latest amenities. Old fashioned key system, small elevator, poor wifi-system, and antiquated bed were the bad notes. Awesome location, safe thanks to staff, great staff people, great housekeeping crew, and just a good place for the money you pay. Single male stayed for seven nights in a deluxe room. Room was spacious (huge), clean and comfortable with everything I needed, plus the bed was comfortable and I slept well every night. Only negatives were the quality of furnishings in the room and quality of bathroom fittings: some things appearing cheap and fragile. Plus there is a housekeeping station on each floor with a telephone (unattended) and it rang constantly every morning as front desk wanted to communicate with housekeeping: in 2023 there has to be a better way!!! Rummet kändes väldigt gammalt och slitet, men personalen supertrevlig och i övrigt inget att klaga på. Bodde här medan jag var på jobb och det fungerade väldigt bra, Internetuppkopplingen godkänd. The main problems I had with the venue was the poor WiFi. I had to get a different WiFi password for each device, instead of being able to use multiple devices on the one password. Also, the WiFi disconnected every hour and I had to reconnect.
