The restaurant, bar and terrace was one of the reasons why I chose this hotel. I think that was the last time I have trusted that company. I have written to Hotels.com, but they never replied to me. The hotel restaurant was closed for the season. There is a small elevator. The room was okay and quiet due to location in the rear of the building. The shower is a tiny space and there a little roaches in the bathroom. The bed was hard which is typical of Thailand. Comes with a safe and refrigerator with two bottles of free water. The cleaning staff knocks on the door and then enters without permission each day. I felt this was intrusive. Doors are slamming 24/7 by the other guests. When you live with Filipinos or Thai they are quiet and respectful.
